Up Here 5 is fast approaching, and the excitement is getting real! Recently, I caught up with seasoned a Up Here attendee: Josée Nault. She had a few things to share about the festival. Here’s a few pieces of our conversation.
Vibrant murals by both internationally renowned and Northern Ontario artists for Up Here 5
Up Here worked with guest curator and contemporary graffiti-sculptor KWEST to attract the world-renowned street artists—RISK and TRAV MSK—who are coming to town specifically for the festival. Locally celebrated artists Laura Peturson and Matti Lehtelä will create the two other murals.
